Bump Watch: Week 21, 25, and 28!

Ya, Ya, Ya, I have been slacking but let's take a look back at the growing belly!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How far along: 28 weeks! Third Trimester!

Size of baby: Small Cabbage!

Total weight gain/loss: eek 

Maternity clothes: Pants, and some tops. 

Gender: It's A BOY!

Movement: Yes! :))))

Sleep: Other than getting up to pee a few times sleep is going well.

What I miss:  Not struggling to put pants on or bend over in general.

Cravings: Nothing special but I have noticed eating more sweets than usual.

Symptoms: OMG. Heartburn. and this weird unexplained "side paid". :-/

So I revealed on my Bump Watch: Week 17 post that Baby B is a BOY but let's back up a little bit..

A little over a month ago I scheduled an elective ultrasound for July 17 to determine the gender of Baby B. My mom offered to host a cookout that evening to reveal to the family. As the 17 drew closer, I got more and more nervous that the baby would not cooperate and we would have all our family together with nothing to tell them. I was so worried that I ended up changing our appointment to July 11 which meant I had to keep it a secret for 5 days!

Turns out my worrying was warranted because baby boy was all curled up and wouldn't show us anything! He must have been worn out from a crazy day at the office. The girls at Peek at Me 4D were amazing and did everything they could to get him to move (drank cold water, changed positions, etc). We ended up with a couple shots of the "parts" but we had to come back on Saturday to get some better pictures of his face.

Big stretch and a sweet smile! 

Still all bones and tiny but still cute. 

Wednesday night was finally here and I couldn't wait to share our news (it was a long five days!).

  

It's a BOY!! 

We had a great evening with family (and a few friends). I am so glad they were there to share this exciting time with us. Baby boy is loved by many already. :)

Bump Watch: Week 17

Pregnancy Highlights:

How far along: 17 weeks

Size of baby: About the size of an Onion! 

Total weight gain/loss: Still -1 lbs 

Maternity clothes: A few :) 

Gender: It's A BOY!

Movement: None yet

Sleep: I can't seem to get comfortable so sleep isn't going that well.

What I miss:  Turkey Sandwiches 

Cravings: Nothing Crazy.. This week I have been wanting cereal.

Symptoms: Is Pregnancy brain a symptom? I swear I have it. I wore my "beach shoes" to the office this week... and didn't even notice till mid morning! Oops.

Bump Watch: Week 15

Pregnancy Highlights:

How far along: 15 weeks

Size of baby: about the size of a turnip

Total weight gain/loss: Forgot to weigh but last week I was -2lbs

Maternity clothes: Wore my first pair of Maternity Jeans yesterday! I can still wear regular pants but by the end of the day I am usually uncomfortable.

Gender: Appointment scheduled for July 17!

Movement: None yet

Sleep: Can't get enough! 

What I miss: Having a cold beer at summer concerts! 

Cravings: Sweets! Can't get enough.. It doesn't help that we have an entire candy wall at work. 

Symptoms: Tired, Tired, Tired! I hear that's supposed to ease up soon?

We peeked at Christmas!

I am so excited to officially announce that Andy and I are expecting!! 

Baby B is due on December 21. It was a looong first trimester and I can't wait to get some energy back. :)

HI All! May was packed full with graduation parties, baby showers, and more! 

Suzy graduated with her Masters and Meghan threw her an adorable party complete with a surprise visit from her parents. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I got from the night! 

My Aunts invited Suzy and I out to the Canvas and Cocktails at the Springfield Art Association. I am not artist but we had a blast! 

We had a backyard Baby-Q for Baby Waylon. What a spoiled and loved baby already! I can't wait to meet him in August. 

And my baby brother graduated from High School! I still can't believe it.
